Canadian Risk Factor Atlas (CRFA) : Maps
The Canadian Risk Factor Atlas (CRFA) is an interactive database that shows the prevalence of several key chronic disease risk factors. The Maps page presents the prevalence of chronic disease risk factors by various geographic breakdowns (i.e. provinces and territories, health regions and census metropolitan areas/large census agglomerations plus the three territorial capitals.) and sociodemographic characteristics.
