Notes
- N/A means not available.
- The number and proportion of people in Canada who received at least 1 dose excludes Alberta.
- The number and proportion of people in Canada who are vaccinated per recommendations in Canada is underestimated because Alberta only reports on those who received XBB.1.5 vaccines. Quebec is also excluded.
- Quebec was excluded from the number and proportion of people that are vaccinated per recommendations category as they are only able to report on the number of people that are vaccinated with at least 1 dose.
- The cumulative number and percent of people who received at least 1 dose decreased from July 17, 2022, to August 14, 2022, due to changes in Quebec’s methodology.
- Numbers may differ from provincial and territorial reports due to the timing of updates and the suppression of values less than 5 for 6 provinces and territories (see limitations).
- Use caution when comparing data over time. Reporting delays can result in artificial increases in counts while ongoing data quality assurance activities can result in unexpected decreases.

- Quebec was excluded from the number and proportion of people that are vaccinated per recommendations category as they are only able to report on the number of people that are vaccinated with at least 1 dose.
- As population size estimates were not available by age in months, it was not possible to distinguish those 6 months and older who are eligible for vaccination. Therefore, the vaccination coverage presented here is for the 0-4 years age group.
- British Columbia, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Ontario, Quebec, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island, Newfoundland and Labrador, Yukon and the Northwest Territories calculate age based on the time of the report. This may result in a decrease in a given age group's vaccination coverage over time as vaccine recipients move to the next age group category.
- Numbers may differ from provincial and territorial reports due to the timing of updates and the suppression of values less than 5 for 6 provinces and territories (see limitations).

- Numbers may differ from provincial and territorial reports due to the timing of updates and the suppression of values less than 5 for 6 provinces and territories (see limitations). To reduce the number of values that must be suppressed in these jurisdictions, some people may have been reclassified:
- some people whose age group was reported by the province or territory may have been reclassified by PHAC to the “unknown age group”
- some people whose sex was reported as “other” may have been reclassified by PHAC to “unknown sex”
